Empower Ability Healthcare Training LLC is dedicated to providing quality, accessible healthcare and caregiver training for individuals entering or advancing within the healthcare field.
Our mission is to educate, empower, and support students as they build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to pursue opportunities in healthcare.
We provide CBRF training, CPR/First Aid education, and mobile training services for individuals, employers, organizations, and groups. CBRF courses are taught by an approved instructor in accordance with applicable Wisconsin training requirements.
Our commitment extends beyond the classroom. Through student resources, employment resources, and community partnerships, we work to connect individuals with additional support and opportunities that can help them move forward personally and professionally.
We also provide mobile training throughout Wisconsin for select training services, with out-of-state travel available for select CPR training opportunities.
At Empower Ability Healthcare Training LLC, education is about more than completing a course. Our goal is to create opportunities, strengthen the healthcare workforce, and empower individuals to make a positive difference in the communities they serve.
Who teaches your class.
Your instructor is Ms. Cashanay, the founder of the school. She is a proud mother of two daughters, and her path into healthcare started at a young age while caring for her sick mother.
She studied at MATC, completed CNA and LPN training, and earned her CPR certification. She worked as a CBRF caregiver and served as a prenatal coordinator providing resources and guidance to young women. She teaches the CBRF and CPR classes herself, and CNA training will be taught by licensed nurses.
